The ATM works well and they really enjoy them. It's also a great way to teach younger kids the concept of an bank account/ATM - that you can only get out what you put in and the bank isn't just some bottomless cash pit. Quality is pretty good for the price. For younger kids, it seems a little too tedious to enter deposit amounts (for each bill) and withdrawal amounts so ours have never been able to accurately track how much is in it. Plus there's no way for them to track how many Reece's or Hershey bars are stashed away in it. But they do enjoy making deposits and withdrawals and counting how much they have in it. One word of advice - watch out for your credit cards. Both my sons promptly lost the fake cards that comes with it and you need to insert a credit card in the slot to activate the ATM. So when my Amex went missing, it didn't take long to figure out where it was. If you forget the PIN, you can reset it to 1234 by taking... Now she just adds it like a deposit at a regular ATM machine and loves that even with change she knows the total.
